Personalization is a very important factor. It consists of customers being able to personalize everything they want to order you can add or remove the ingredients they want. Another example would be to increase the number of products available (products to complement the hamburger like potatoes or different types of drinks) so that in case the you can always choose others. We believe not only having options for everyone is the right way to go, but also having things come and go as nature works. Depending on dates, festivities and the season, we adapt our menu for what’s available.

If we walk the streets of the big cities we can be tempted to try new and juicy gourmet hamburgers, with quality meat and a more artisanal elaboration. These “luxury” trends are forcing traditional fast food chains to review their menu to adapt it to a customer who is much more sybaritic today than yesterday. There is a need to get away from the classic cliché of junk food.

Healthy food is one of the issues that most worries the world population today, who does not want to eat healthy food to lead a healthy life? That is why the main fast food companies are increasingly trying to tell you that the products they sell are much healthier and earn certificates that effectively verify that their products are really healthy.

For example, the great McDonald’s obtained the AENOR certificate that proves that McDonald’s in Spain uses only 100% Spanish beef in its hamburgers. This seal is a guarantee of quality for McDonald’s consumers. That is why the trend among fast food companies is to sell healthy and quality food or at least convince their customers that its products are of quality and healthy.

Connection
